Tuesday's Cooking

Since it is Lexi's birthday on Thanksgiving
she wanted to celebrate with a
Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake...
YUM!!
Here it is all cooked.

When it was cooled
caramel topping was added with crushed ginger snaps sprinkled on top.

Pumpkin roll was also requested.



And I found a recipe on thepioneerwoman.com
that would allow you to cooked and mash the potatoes up to 2 days ahead!
I really tried hard to have a lot of the cooking done before the actual day.
They were really good and saved me a lot of time!
